Repossessions and Remarketing

Collateral Recovery

Our team has many years of experience recovering boats, jet skis, motorcycles, and automobiles for banks, credit unions, and insurance companies. Skip-trace companies fall short of the service that a licensed and insured private investigation company can offer. Following FDCPA rules, our private investigators have worked the toughest of accounts and have a higher rate of recovery than our peers. We have a national network of licensed and insured tow truck companies and repossession agents serving every state in the union. After the unit is repossessed, we can transport it to any auction, or handle the re-marketing process from start to finish.

Voluntary & In-Voluntary Repossessions

Voluntary repossessions are provided when a vehicle owner contacts the bank or lien holders and decides they no longer want the collateral. The bank contacts the recovery agency and an appointment is made to pick up the unit and return it to the lien holder. This type of service is provided at a reduced cost.

An in-voluntary repossession is the most common type of vehicle recovery. Our company specializes in this service. This is where the bank and debtor have been unable to come to a solution and we are hired to recover the unit without making contact first.

We recovered:

  • ATVs of all kinds (quads, sport vehicles, etc.)
  • Motor Homes
  • Travel trailers and 5th wheels
  • RVs
  • Heavy equipment
  • Semi-trucks
  • Long-haul trailers
  • Cars
  • High-end sports cars
  • trucks
  • SUVs
  • Vans
  • Boats (in or out of water)
  • Personal Water Craft (Jet Skis)
  • Motorcycles

Accurate investigations are available even in the most populated of places.
